44 Percent Support Marijuana Legalization in Latest Poll

A new poll from Gallup shows that 44 percent of Americans now support legalizing marijuana, with 54 percent opposed. This is the highest-ever support for legalization in the Gallup poll.

The poll comes on the heels of the announcement by the Obama administration yesterday telling federal prosecutors not to focus on medical marijuana users and suppliers in states where medical marijuana is legal.

Gallup reports that support for pot legalization was in the 25 percent range during the 1970s through the 1990s, but jumped to 31 percent in 2001 and has been rising throughout this decade. In the most recent CBS News poll on the subject, conducted in July, 41 percent said they thought marijuana should be made legal.

The Gallup poll also reveals some interesting statistics on attitudes about marijuana legalization based on regional and demographic information. In the West, a majority (53 percent) say they would support legalization in their state as a way to generate revenue through taxing marijuana. Support for such a plan is only in the 30s in the South and Midwest, however, with the East coming in at 44 percent on the question.

When it comes to age, younger people, not surprisingly, are more likely to support pot legalization. According to the poll, 50 percent of those 18 to 49 support legalization, which represents an 11 percent jump since 2005. But just 28 percent over the age of 65 do, with 45 percent support by those between 50 and 64.

When it comes to ideology, the poll finds that liberals are overwhelmingly in favor of legalization (78 percent) and conservatives are overwhelmingly opposed (72 percent). Moderates as a group are just slightly opposed, with 46 in favor and 51 percent opposed.

Hi – Mark here. I want to thank you for visiting my blog about the symptoms of Hemroids.

Here I want to tell my personal story about how I could get rid of the symptons of hemroids, that by not treating me initially resulted in a bleeding Hemroid with which estube fighting for more than six months but I finally cured.

All I can say is that Hemroids, nearly destroyed my life. It may sound exaggeration but it was what I felt at that moment. Look, I’ma man of 44 years with an intense life, both in business as in sports, I am passionate about these. My life revolved around my work and sports.

When I started to suffer the early symptoms of Hemroids, my life changed drastically. For those who do not know what it is to have hemorrhoids, is a tremendous agony to walk, sit or do any physical activity – when you have a severe case of Hemroids.

Practically my life took a terrible turn in just a few days. Tube to give up all my hobbies, and I started to bring many problems in my work. I really started to suffer excruciating pain, which I felt frustrated and embarrassed.

Now if I had tried at first, when the first symptoms, I had not had aggravated the situation, and had not gone through the traumatic situation of having bleeding Hemroids. For those who do not know, this type of hemorrhoids, cause bleeding in the anal area, usually after stool, with intense pain.

During the course of 6 months estube with this problem, to the point of having two very large lumps in the anus. I was desperate to find a cure, probe hemorrhoidal creams, hemorrhoidal medicine, nonsurgical treatment, everything. But as we tried various treatments, always got the same result, a slight improvement but no real cure.

I felt awful, confused, frustrated, hopeless, and that NOTHING I cured the symptoms of bleeding Hemroids … BUT

After so much suffering for six large-month opt to join a support group online to treat Hemroids (although you may not believe these things exist). I had tried almost all the home remedies and treatments that had, but neither me solve my problem.

To be honest my despair was terrible, I wanted my life back quickly, I thought that I would have Hemroids bleeding for the rest of my life.

Reading one of the forums about hemorrhoids, I discovered that some people commented that they were having great results with natural treatment system to treat hemorrhoids. Symptoms of Hemroids – What Are They?

The Symptoms of Hemroids are a swelling of the bowel, there are two types of Hemroids the internal and external. The most notable symptoms in the internal Hemren is that it appears bright blood on toilet paper after a bowel movement or visible blood in the stool.
When an internal Hemren becomes so swollen and constricting blood usually goes outside the anal cavity and becomes an external Hemren, which are much more irritating and require medical treatment.

When Hemroids are pushed outside the anal cavity, we run the risk of anal muscles to contract and strangle the Hemren causing this can be cut which is very painful.

The external Hemroids also bleed. Besides producing a great itching and are much more painful than internal. The external Hemroids look like a lump around the anal cavity.

Early Symptoms:

The first symptom of Hemroids. We realize that this is a possible attack hemrois when we noticed that the veins in the rectal tract are swollen due to friction and pressure applied when we do a deposition, this may be caused by excess weight, pregnancy, alcohol, etc..
